กด submit แล้วขึ้น Error
ผมลองสร้างฟอร์มเพื่อทดสอบว่า มันจะส่งข้อมูลไปในอีเมล์ของ admin หรือเปล่า แต่พอกด submit มันขึ้น error ดังนี้
Could not instantiate mail function.
ต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ

ผมลองสร้างฟอร์มง่าย ๆ รับข้อมูล ชื่อ นามสกุล แล้วกด submit เพื่อทดสอบโปรแกรมดู ปรากฎว่า มันขึ้น error ดังนี้
