Joomla 3 Developing Component - not found

Hello
Im using joomla 3.62
After watching on youtube Joomla 3 Developing Component: 1st Basic Component lean MVC - and making files (hosting.php.host.php, view.html.php and default.php)joomla shows error after writing in url http://localhost/joomla3/administrator/ ... om_hosting:
An error has occurred. 404 Component not found.
